As a photographer I am constantly seeking out that Decisive Moment. When the sun slips below the horizon and the clouds turn pink. When the singer closes his eyes and hits that high note. When a child’s face glows with wonder and amazement.

It’s there for a fleeting second and then it’s gone forever.

The great photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson once explained, "Your eye must see a composition or an expression that life itself offers you, and you must know with intuition when to click the camera. That is the moment the photographer is creative.”

I search for those decisive moments. That, to me, is the joy of photography.
